(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”)

2. Subject of the Contract The Seller provides digital products (e-books in PDF and/or EPUB formats) for immediate download upon successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Ordering Process and Contract Conclusion The contract is concluded upon the successful completion of the checkout process and confirmation of payment via the secure payment gateway (Stripe). Upon payment, the Buyer immediately receives an email containing secure download links to the purchased digital files.
4. Right of Withdrawal (Crucial for Digital Products) Pursuant to Section 1837 (m) of the Czech Civil Code and Article 16 (m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the Buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the Buyer’s prior express consent, and with the acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal. By completing the purchase and initiating the download, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge the loss of the 14-day right of withdrawal.
5. Intellectual Property and Copyright All digital products are protected by copyright law. The purchase grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, share, or publicly distribute the files.
  • You may not use the content for commercial purposes without written consent from IDEAIFY s.r.o. Unauthorized distribution will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
6. Liability and Disclaimer The Seller guarantees that the digital files are free of viruses and technically functional at the time of purchase. The Seller is not liable for indirect damages or incompatibility with the Buyer’s specific hardware or software.
7. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Czech Republic.
